'Dry fit' to check the proper fit, before sealant is applied.

Once set the new window is secured in place.

Expandable foam is applied to fill the cavity between the new window and the drywall.

If necessary we will shim the window if the opening is not true.

The exterior is sealed with construction sealant for a tight seal.

Masking tape is used to control the application of the sealant.
